Eyes of Violet: Daisy: Book 4
About
Daisy doesn’t want to be here, in the Haven. That’s what they call it, those... creatures. Their Haven, their safety, their home. There’s thousands of them and Daisy...
Daisy is alone.
She lost her mother because of these creatures, these monsters. She lost her home, a home that cries out to her, asking the same question she asks herself.
Why did you leave?
The Haven, its abominations, they’re not done yet. She’s losing more than she has already. She’s losing her freedom. She’s losing her brothers. They have fallen for the tricks and the lies, but Daisy hasn’t. She knows better.
She sees through it all. Sees the nightmares made flesh around them, sees the trap closing before it’s sprung. She sees the one wearing a face like theirs, the one that took her mother.
Daisy is unsure on many things, but one thing she can say for certain is this:
When she sees the opportunity, she will grasp it with both hands and then they will know what it is to lose.
